cleave
Cleave began with some of the individual works of my recent art studio production which were fused into a singular installation that found its collective character beyond the identities of its parts. The exhibition was conceived to articulate an in between, space splitting under tension. I thought of it as a point of merger as much as a point of separation, an overlap as much as a divide that was in the process of somehow finding autonomy.
